Washing machine not working

My washing machine’s got a mind of its own lately. It just won’t spin or drain properly, and I’ve already checked that it’s not overstuffed or off-balance. Tried resetting it and cleaning out the filter, but still no dice. Anyone else had similar issues? Should I try something else, or is it repair time?
