I can't deal with my dissertation

I am just exhausted with my dissertation writing I have tried thousand time to go for a perfect start but it’s not even started with a good words and now I am here just to ask that can i pay someone to write my dissertation if I try this one more time I will lose my sense. I am looking for a writer who can write a good dissertation with unique ideas and in a proper format. As my professor is little tougher that is the reason I am so depressed because he rarely accept students paper until it’s perfectly written.
